Advertise With No Depression

Advertising on is a great way to get the word out to our music-loving audience. You get incredible value with ads on the No Depression website, reaching music fans and music industry professionals who want to know what you are up to. We receive over 230,000 page views each month, ranging from casual music fans to hard core Americana/alt-country fans.

Ads start at $300 and are sold on a cost per thousand impression basis (CPM). Your ad can be scheduled to run over any time period with the number of page views (also referred to as impressions) you have purchased delivered randomly in rotation with other ads during that time, e.g., one week, two weeks, one month, two months, etc. If you want all your page views to run over a two-week period, your ad will show up more frequently; if you want it stretched out over a longer time frame, your ad would rotate up less often. We suggest a three- or four-week rotation for maximum exposure.

All ads are run-of-site, so your ad would appear on all pages of the site in rotation with the other scheduled ads. 

We are also able to offer geographically targeted ads if you wish to only reach people in a certain region, which is perfect for tours, festivals, and other regional events.

We have a popular semiweekly newsletter that goes out to over 22,000 email addresses every Tuesday and Friday that contains 3 banner ads (one leaderboard and 2 medium rectangles). Due to heavy demand for newsletter ads, we are unable to sell the newsletter on its own, but they are included in all ad packages.
