Harold Lepidus

Harold Lepidus is the author of FRIENDS AND OTHER STRANGERS: BOB DYLAN EXAMINED (Bennion Kearney, out February 2017.) Lepidus is also a columnist for Blasting News. From 2009 until 2016, his Examiner.com columns (Bob Dylan and Performing Arts) were viewed over 3 million times. His articles have been linked to posts in Rolling Stone, npr.com, Uncut, American Songwriter, and others, and his review of a 2014 Bob Dylan concert was posted to Dylan's official site. Lepidus was the line-editor for Seth Rogovoy’s  “Bob Dylan: Prophet, Mystic, Poet” book (Scribner), and handled the PR for the premiere for the indie documentary, "Tom Rush: No Regrets." Lepidus has interviewed, among others, Roger McGuinn, Dom Flemons, Harvey Brooks, John Sebastian, Carolyn Hester, and Robyn Hitchcock. He also worked for more than 20 years in indie music retail. Lepidus has a M.A. in Video Production from Emerson College, and a B.A. in Journalism from Northeastern University.
