The Summer Hoot: Baby Gramps

We're thrilled to share this unusual foot stompin' tune by Baby Gramps, captured at the Summer Hoot by Beehive Productions

Hailed as "The Salvador Dali of Folk Music," Baby Gramps is an energetic, humorously entertaining performer with an endless repertoire. He plays a National Steel guitar, and sings his own unique arrangements of rags, jazz, & blues from the 20's & 30's, and many originals with wordplay, humor, and throat singing. Here he is with bass player Mark Ettinger performing "The Monkey Puzzle Stump." The Pewter Sessions were filmed and recorded by Beehive Productions in front of a live audience at the 2015 Summer Hoot at the Ashokan Center in Olivebridge, NY.
