It was a unbelievable climax to this years Medicine Show On The Road with The Red Beet Records East Nashville Revue, that we were invited to play The Bob Harris Stage at Truck Festival Oxfordshire on July 25th 2010.
On a beautiful English summer’s day 5,000 music fans enjoyed an eclectic mix of music across 6 stages one of which was organised and introduced by luminary British broadcaster Bob Harris. Here is founder Robin Bennett and Bob Harris introducing this years Festival, ( film produced by Club House Records) .
Bob takes the stage to introduce The Revue this time in the guise of Last Train Home, with Eric Brace, Peter Cooper, Phil Lee, Tim Carroll, and Paul Griffiths.
Bob introduces Phil Lee, and Phil is joined by Tim Carroll, Eric Brace, Peter Cooper, and my brother Mark Dean Ellen on bass, and his daughter Holly Ellen on drums.
This was Holly’s stage debut, not bad for a first gig. Holly is pictured right with East Nashville Revue drummer Paul Griffith
The UK’s Label Club House Records, had their own area where they filmed some of the bands in informal surroundings here Phil Lee is joined by Eric Brace and Peter Cooper playing his show stopping tune Babylon.
