Win a pass to the Americana Music Association Festival and Conference…and Awards Show!
The Americana Music Association is gearing up for its annual festival and conference (Sep. 18-22, 2013), wherein Americana artists and the people who love them take over Nashville for the week. Storied stages at venues like the Station Inn and Mercy Lounge will play host to dozens of the finest artists on the scene.
This year’s AMA showcases will include performances by Rosanne Cash, Billy Bragg, Richard Thompson, John Fullbright, Buddy & Jim, Darrell Scott & Tim O’Brien, the Bottle Rockets, Claire Lynch Band, Joy Kills Sorrow, the Lone Bellow, Infamous Stringdusters, Aoife O’Donovan, Rayland Baxter, Lindi Ortega, Caitlin Rose, Johnny Fritz, T. Hardy Morris and the list goes on. (You can see a full showcase lineup here.) It’s always a fun week of great live music, networking and discussion.
Of course, we’ll be there too, and we’d like one lucky ND member to join us. To enter, simply comment on this blog and tell us who you’re most excited to see at this year’s AMAs, and why. We’ll select one winner, who will receive a conference registration and awards show ticket. You’ll have to get yourself to Nashville and cover your own lodging, but the conference registration is on us and the fine folks at the Americana Music Association.
You have until 11:59 p.m. PST on Monday, Aug. 19, to enter to win. Only comments posted on this blog post will be eligible. To comment on this post and enter to win, please scroll down this page and enter your comment in the comment space. Comments posted as separate blog posts, or via Facebook or Twitter, will not be counted.
Good luck!
