    Well, after cleaning the house, mowing the lawn and dropping the kids at their various Saturday night functions, I dropped in on the used record shop downtown. Got to spend a whole hour there, believe it or not.

    Listened to Gerald Wilson and Gary Burton and Long John Baldry but ended up buying Mason Proffitt’s “Movin’ Toward Happiness,” which was lost from my collection many years back. The best country band the masses have never heard of…
