Pop-rock Singer-songwriter, Craig Lawrence, Lays it on the Line with summer video

Here’s a cool pop-rock ditty for those hot summer days… NYC-born artist, Craig Lawrence, re-introduces his music video, “Lay It on the Line,” the first single from his upcoming debut album, Shake the World (out later this year). With the laid back vocals reminiscent of Jack Johnson’s “Bubble Toes” or John Mayer’s early album, Room for Squares, it’s hard not to get in higher spirits when listening to this track. The production is strong on this track. There’s a nice balance of guitar and syncopated percussion to keep your foot wagging as you prop it up while slinging back another cold one. And the underwater scene is well executed in the video. This is definitely a nice weekend escape song!
