The University College London project Body of Songs partnered leading British musicians with scientists to create songs inspired by the body’s organs. Mercury Prize awarded folk singer Sam Lee, alongside project curator Llewelyn ap Myrddin, recently released the video for their track The Nose. The song is an exploration into not only the organ’s inherent functions but a laudatory ode to an often misunderstood part of the body.
