Jason Vitelli Gets Artsy With New Album
Jason Vitelli is charming on his newest release, “Head Above Tide.” The Brooklyn-native proves himself instantly as a mainstay in the music scene with an insightful record that will enlighten your ears. Sharing lead singles “The Persecuted” and “Labyrinthine,” he has recently shared lyric videos of the songs that will draw your ears in even closer.
It’s a little bit folk, a little bit rock and roll, and a dash of jazz that will keep you entertained from start to finish. Standout tracks include “Welcome to My Life, Healing,” which is filled with delightful background vocals and “Hit and Run,” which is a tad bit quirky but in a very good way. The 16-tracks on the album give you a great range to listen to, proving that Vitelli is no one trick pony. His art-rock roots are strong, and it is evident in his latest release, which I enjoyed with every last drop. Be sure to check out his latest lyric video below, and dive right into the world of Jason Vitelli…you won’t be sorry!
