Pale Blue Dot Delivers the Good on New Record
Pale Blue Dot is one of the best kept secrets of 2018. The group brings an eclectic sound to the table as they bring a sound that is uniquely their own, with nods to the past, with updated twists (phew!) The band is notably one to keep an eye on with the release of their new record “Anatomy”. Their influences range from modern day greats Pearl Jam to the Foo Fighters, which gives Pale Blue Dot a bit of Alternative edge.
I fell head over heels with tracks such as the opener “I Know,” as well as “Suitcase,” and “Dust and Light.” The vocals on the record by Tony LaRocco are superb to say the least as he brings every note, every tone to life. With instrumentation that goes above and beyond, Pale Blue Dot are one of the most cohesive sounding acts I’ve come across in a long time. Their music grabs your attention and holds it, as it should. Pale Blue Dot are quickly becoming masters of their craft, and we are eager to hear more from the band in the coming months.
