Announcing the Lineup for FreshGrass Bentonville 2025!

Next year’s FreshGrass | Bentonville festival will take place May 16 and 17 at The Momentary in Northwest Arkansas. Artists include Lukas Nelson, Shakey Graves, Rosanne Cash, Seun Kuti, La Doña, 18x Grammy Award-winner Béla Fleck with his new trio featuring Antonio Sanchez and Edmar Castañeda, as well as Alison Brown, Sister Sadie, AJ Lee & Blue Summit, Jesse Welles, Lost Bayou Ramblers, The Langan Band, and more.

Held annually in the Ozarks, the rain-or-shine roots music festival has welcomed more than 20,000 guests since its beginning in 2021. Past artists include Billy Strings, Sierra Ferrell, Jason Isbell, Mavis Staples, Del McCoury, and Molly Tuttle.

This year’s festival will also feature folksinger Willi Carlisle, whose music is informed partially by the time he spent learning folk traditions in Arkansas (read more in our 2024 Spring Journal), who returns to FreshGrass as the recipient of the 2025 FreshGrass Composition Commission. He will debut new music written for the commission at the 2025 FreshGrass festival in Bentonville.
