Bob Townsend

Bob Townsend has been writing for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution for a very long time. His Beer Town column appears in the paper’s Thursday Food section and his weekly First Look restaurant feature runs in the Wednesday Living section. 

He frequently writes on a topics ranging from cooking, dining and drinking to music, film and travel. Currently the editor of Southern Brew News, a bimonthly beer paper distributed throughout the Southeast, and a columnist for The Bitter Southerner, he's contributed to All About Beer, Draft, Downbeat, Paste, No Depression, Stomp & Stammer, Playboy.com, the Village Voice and the All Music Guide to Jazz.
