I have a session with Walter Strauss going out on my Saturday show this weekend (09.05.09 at 11pm UK time). Walter is a wonderful writer and producer and a particularly fine guitarist, with roots and world music influences. I first met him when he was touring the UK with Corinne West.
We have also recorded a stand-out session with Ben Kweller, for broadcast in June.
Forthcoming sessions on my ‘Bob Harris Country’ programmes include Carrie Rodriguez and the Barker Band tomorrow night (07.05.09 at 7pm UK time).
