Bencoolen brings to life their latest endeavor, “In Color,” which is the band’s sophomore EP, out on May 12, 2016. The group, which has been on our radar with tracks such as “Spice” and “In Color,” have enticed our ears with an epic (yes, epic!) record that oozes perfection from beginning to end.
Bencoolen’s “In Color,” is a charming departure from your run-of-the-mill Indie Rock. The EP is fresh, it’s bold, and it combines genres to make the record pop from your stereo into your ears. Each song on the album has the ability to stand on it’s own, flowing gently but with vibrancy from one track to the next. The in-your-face sound of the group is brought to fruitation with horns, standout rhythm and standout guitars that grace the record within every note.
Bencoolen proves they are a mainstay with “In Color,” an we can’t wait to see what comes next from the band.
