Blues Man of the World Bob Brozman dies age 59
What a week its been, first Richie Havens, then George Jones and now Bob Brozman. Bob was a New York Jew steeped in the Blues so full of life and music, well loved where ever he took that music and that was everywhere. Booklyn, India, Papua New Guinea, he gave back more to the communities he touched than just his music. He graced our Catalyst Festival in Portmahomac in The Highlands of Scotland in 2003 with a ripping concert and riveting workshop on the rhythms of the world. I always will see him as one of the first true citizens of the world.
You will be sorely missed all over this planet tonight. The world is a lesser place today. Bon Voyage mystro. Here he is on LBFM describing and playing some of his world of music so eliquently.
The cause of death is pending.
