Brandi Carlile, Kacey Musgraves, Margo Price Get Good News in Grammy Noms
Grammy nominations came out today, and we were all kinds of excited to see some names we know and love in the prime-time categories. Brandi Carlile is nominated for Record of the Year, Album of the Year, and Song of the Year — as well as several awards in the American Roots categories. Kacey Musgraves’ “Golden Hour” is nominated for Album of the Year. And, in a category that will make those of us who have been listening to her for years giggle, Margo Price is nominated for Best New Artist.
Below we’ve listed those categories (including all the nominees these ladies are up against) as well as the American Roots categories. You can see the full list of Grammy nominees here. The awards will take place on Feb. 10.
