I’m very excited and looking forward to next weekend! We get to share the stage with the Dusty 45’s thur. 13th at Raw Space in Ellensburg, WA. My home town! I remember seeing the Dusty’s play in Ellensburg back when we had Gust Fest. They played both years. Aside from seeing my friend drink too much coffee and throw up and getting hit in the back of the head with a pot pipe, The Dusty 45’s were the highlight! Billy Joe knows how to put on a show!
We’ve also got a three day tour Friday 14th-Sunday 16th, with Kasey Anderson, talented Portland man. If you like Steve Earle, you’ll like Kasey. First stop is Empyrean Coffee in Spokane, Wa. It will be our second time back and hopefully we’ll have a few more seats filled! Next up is the wonderful Fremont Abbey, of course located in Fremont. We’re hoping to mellow it out there with a more acoustic, but full band set. And last but not least is the great Hawthorne Theater in Portland, OR. This will be another in many attempts to win the hearts of the Portland people! Slowly but surely we’ll get them! As well as sharing the stage with Kasey, we will also be joined by Michael Dean Damron and Morgan Greer. This is going to be what I’ll call the kick off tour for a summer of awesome tours and hopefully it will be one filled with delicious bloody marys! Well, and good music too!
