The Can’t Keep Track of You Blues is a classic acoustic front parlour ditty, engineered by my great pal Buddy Woodward of the Abington, VA-based Dixie Bee Liners. The first half of the solo section is taken by Matty Liot. The second half of the solo and all other electric gutiar bits are played by Gene Casey of the Lone Sharks.
Thanks for reading, and listening. If you’d like more info on upcoming releases, including a genre-bending June 1 release that can best be described as Dion & The Belmonts meet the Beach Boys at Roy Orbison’s house with Brian Wilson fighting for production control with Phil Spector (yikes), please visit the Mick Hargreaves Music Blog, or watch this space.
