    I am sad to hear about the passing of Dave Brubeck, I had the good fortune of working with him once he was as charming and gracious an individual as Ive ever met, I managed to arrange a back stage meeting for my friend and life long fan John Worth (now passed to) who ran a Jazz Club at the Invernairn Hotel in Nairn my home town for many years, he had all his albums and Mr Brubeck took all the time in the world with John and signed every one. He played beautifully that night, and he was getting into his 80’s at that time. One of the true greats.
