I’m With Her to Release Debut Album ‘See You Around’ in 2018

We at ND had long hoped for a full studio album from I’m With Her, and today we got word that our wish is going to come true. The trio of Sara Watkins, Sarah Jarosz, and Aoife O’Donovan announced plans to release See You Around, their full-length debut album, on February 16 via Rounder Records.
I’m With Her came together in California and Vermont to pen 11 of the album’s 12 tracks. The additional track, “Hundred Miles,” is an unreleased Gillian Welch tune. They recorded the album at Peter Gabriel’s Real World Studios in Bath, England with producer Ethan Johns.
The trio also shared the album’s title track, a plaintive acoustic ballad full of the lush vocal harmonies for which the group has come to be loved. In tandem with the album announcement, they shared dates for an extensive 2018 world tour.
The three musicians first made an appearance as I’m With Her at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival in 2014. Since then, they’ve toured together and released singles like “Little Lies” and “Crossing Muddy Waters.” Each is also busy with her own solo career, with recent solo releases including Watkins’ 2016 LP Young in All the Wrong Ways, Jarosz’s 2016 album Undercurrent, and O’Donovan’s 2016 live album Man in a Neon Coat: Live from Cambridge.
