    Music should be made in the dark
    Where it’s easy to spot the spark
    That lights the flame that is my muse
    That gives meaning to my wounds
    oh, how I do miss it
    Music should be brought to the light
    Exposed to explore and in-light
    And impose and be true to incite
    From pain and darkness bring sight
    but oh how I do miss it
    I miss that pain that inspires
    The hurt and the anger that follows
    The rage of truth that devours me whole!
    and gives birth to a song
