Now That’s Americana

Americana is one of those areas of music of which people tend to say, “You know it when you hear it.” But this week, our new releases spotlight falls on a handful of artists who, taken together, really capture the breadth of Americana music. Long-time ND favorite John Gorka is finally releasing his real first album, and it’s worth the wait. We also get some great tunes from relative newcomers National Park Radio and mainstays the Coal Men. And, rounding out the bunch, there’s a tribute to Creedence Clearwater Revival – all played by the finest Latin artists. If you want a slice of Americana, here it is.
