Poco is one of those fallen-through-the-cracks bands, with members who came from and went on to some significant acts (Buffalo Springfield, The Eagles) but which never truly has gotten the recognition it probably deserves in its own right.
A recent reunion concert at the Stagecoach Festival in California reunited most of the members of the group, most notably original drummer George Grantham who suffered a career-ending stroke on stage with the band in 2004. The clip below, one of many posted after the concert, features Grantham singing “Pick Up The Pieces” alongside Timothy B. Schmidt, Jim Messina, and Richie Furay.
