We’re off and runnin’ again this weekend. Down to Winter Garden last night to play with Jason Thomas, our extremely talented pal and bandmate as his schedule allows. He tours the world with The Claire Lynch Band as fiddler and mandolinist extraordinaire. Winter Garden is a delightful place! Every Friday night they have a concert in their downtown gazebo in the heart of their charming and beautiful town. It’s hoppin’ down there.
Tonight… The Mockingbird Cafe in downtown Tallahassee with friends Bill McGuire and Dick Kraft, and a mystery guest or two. Always a pleasure to play here and with these dear folks. The food is insane and the atmosphere always festive. We are always grateful to see our many longtime and dear friends over there in the old hometown. Love you guys!
Then it’s back in the studio working on a variety of singer songwriter projects…
At the end of November we’ll be celebrating one of our recently completed projects… Dan Stevens’ REARVIEW MIRRORS, a collection of original tunes that span a long period of writing for Dan as well as an indepth view into his heart and soul and the well of his experiences. We are really happy for Dan and proud to have been involved in this release. www.danstevens.info is the site to find out more about Dan and his music. We’ll be doing a double bill with him on November 28th at The Hideaway in St. Petersburg to celebrate this great body of work and will hope that some of you readers might make that show.
