REM CONTEST. The influence in my country.

Hi everyone, i´m from spain, so i just can talk about the influence of REM records in my country. Hope is enough to get the contest je je. The first albums of REM that really triumph here in Europe were Out of time and Automoatic for the people. spain is a rare conutry for music. We have got no culture of radio colleges or things like that. Most of the people probably hasn´t listened to any earli rem records. It´s not my case. I´ve got a lot of friends who love music, and one of them it´s a great rem fan member. I have see how rem, and specially the earliest records have influenced them in making music, in the groups they like, in the way they think an artist must be. So i think the influence of rem, with his compromise with the music, have influenced a lot here in spain, at least in the underground scene. I would like to give my friends this contest. Hope so!!!
