    In March 1970 Janis went int Columbia Studios in Los Angeles to cut perhaps her finest studio track. Produced by Todd Rundgren, featuring strong material by Sam Gordon and Barry Flast and backed by the best band she ever worked with, the Paul Butterfield Blues Band, “One Night Stand” serves as a fitting testament to two of Americas’ music icons.
