Husband and wife duo, Cary Ann Hearst and Michael Trent of Charleston, South Carolina have announced via social media Saturday a new edition to their lineup. World known for their unabashedly Southern Gothic music, the peerless Americana act announced as of September they will welcome into the fold a third band member. Though details are vague at best, the post announcing the good news promised the new band member would be a girl. Sources close to the group can neither confirm nor deny the role the new band member will play, whether it be a supporting instrumentation role, or rather might share song-writing credits on the hotly anticipated next record.
